As previous years this year also we organised environment awareness campaign at Paukhal (Dugadda) with support of Ministry of "Environment & Forest", New Delhi. Theme of this year campaign was "Combating Desertification, Land Degradation and Drought".

We organised two days workshops on 30.01.2017 and 31.01.2017 at Inter College Paukhal. About 74 students and teachers participated in this workshop. Many students kept their views on this subject and award were provided to them. Purpose of this workshop conducting in Inter College was to aware the students who will be the citizens of our country and decide the future of our country. Messages of sanitation and environment will also go to their families and they will be also aware about it.

Next day we constructed a soakpit in the college premises to absorb the waste water of the college premises and not to go open on roads.

This programme was very effective and beneficial for students and villagers.

Govt. of India directed to all departments and institutions to organise "Swaccchta Pakhwada" from 16.12.2016 to 31.12.2016. Our organiation has also participated in this campaign and included this subject in other projects also.

Under this campaign we organised 01 day workshop at village Dada Jalalpur (Block-Bhagwanpur, Distt. Haridwar) for gram panchayat members on 22.12.2016. Purpose of this workshop was to sensitize the gram panchayat members and other committees, who have a key role in keeping their village neat and clean. "How they can keep their villages and public properties clean" was the matter to discussions. Many Panchayat members kept their views on this subject and assured for better sanitation condition in their villages.

Approx. 60 gram panchayat representatives participated in this workshop and it was a very successful programme.
